MEET Tracy
New Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community
Tracy Taylor is a husband, a father of four, a full-time
firefighter and a "Child of God" of the "Christian Faith".
His dedication and courage to serve his community is beyond heroic. Mr. Taylor was one of many public servicemen that fought on the front lines during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2018, Mr. Taylor became Dougherty Counties' first African-American to serve as the GOP chair, and is currently occupying said position.
While serving as Vice chairman of Albany Community development Council for three years. Taylor gracefully accepted the chairman position as of December 2020. Through the community development council he has help put hundred's of thousand's of dollars into nonprofit organization's that greatly needed the assistance from the city.
Taylor is no stranger to the political process. He has ran for county commissioner, mayor for Albany, Ga, twice, state senator and now United States House of Representatives. We must ensure that we can come together as a district to help Mr. Taylor represent us in Washington D.C.!
